Labor is hard work and you can do this. You also don't have to do it alone. Doulas provide continuous labor support to help you feel surrounded by love and positivity while you work towards your dream birth. Whatever you need is my priority, whether that's a hand massage, eye contact, or a breathing partner. As someone who's been there before, I can remind you that you've got this.
